Shipping and Delivery

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

There is no minimum order value and no standard shipping charge. The estimated delivery timeframe is 15–20 days after order processing and dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and must consider access restrictions for large or bulky items. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Further details appear in the Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees

The Australian Consumer Law may provide non-excludable guarantees and remedies where goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, or materially different from their description or sample.

Australian law does not generally require a change-of-mind remedy where the customer received what was ordered and simply no longer wants it. Any expressly offered voluntary return arrangement is separate from statutory consumer guarantees.

Installation, Assembly, and Intended Use

kmgkdsd.shop is not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, failure to follow instructions, or ordinary wear and tear, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
